The ATN NVM14-3 mini-monocular is a high-performance modular night vision device. It utilizes a single, technologically advanced 3rd generation intensifier tube to provide crisp, clear images in the darkest of conditions. The NVM14-3, from American Technologies Network, can be hand-held, head-mounted, helmet-mounted, weapon mounted, is compatible with most IR laser aiming and illuminating devices or used with a camera for nighttime photography. The unit has a flip-up head or helmet mount system, which can automatically turn on or off when the device is raised or lowered from the viewing position. This feature dramatically extends battery life and improves the speed, efficiency and functionality of the operator. There are also optional 3x and 5x lenses, which increase system range.
